consumer information is kept private from third parties. the information recorded on the invoice will be used for the sole purpose of fraud monitoring, order verification and internal communication.
• Shipping and delivery.
MUTMA does worldwide shipping.
MUTMA needs to process all orders, please note that all orders are shipped within 5 working days following the date of request.
local purchase orders (URU) are free of charge and the delivery takes 72hrs following the shipping date.
for international orders, delivery varies from 3 to 8 days. please feel free to calculate your shipping rate through the shipping calculator.
confirmation order. you will receive an email with your purchase confirmation order and another one stating the shipping order, estimated delivery date and your assigned Fedex tracking number.
MUTMA will not be held responsible for each country’s legal regulations, custom charges and import duties. our international customers accept full responsibility for any additional fees and delays that this might cause. custom policies vary from one country to another. please contact your local customs office for further information. MUTMA acts in compliance with Uruguayan legislation.
• Returns and exchange.
MUTMA does not accept returns for any of our products (faulty or defective products only). MUTMA accepts exchanges within 15 days following the purchase date. returns that do not meet the deadline shall not be accepted.
we do not accept returns for products purchased on sale. neither do we accept any return of worn products or those missing the original tags and packaging.
due to the inherent nature of our product, we can’t assure there will be stock available for every exchange. if the product you wish to exchange it for is not available, you may either choose any other that matches its cost or else choose that of higher cost and pay the difference.
please send an email to explaining the reasons for your exchange and purchase information. the purchase invoice shall be attached to the product. the product will be subject to continuous quality controls that, upon approval, you will be provided with the shipping information of your new MUTMA.

• Damaged or defective products.
MUTMA is committed to selling only first quality items, reason by which all our products are subject to numerous quality controls prior to shipment. in case of receiving any damaged or defective products, please contact within 3 days following the arrival for a prompt exchange or refund. all of our products are handcrafted. natural materials, such as leather, might present slight irregularities or small variations therein. Please take this into account before purchase.
